What are the repair requirements for a FHA loan?

I know they require a range, all windows being fized if broken, etc.

Does anyone have a list of requirements that is required by FHA in order to close on a home?

FHA does NOT require any more repairs on home than a REGULAR house does.

What you are referring to is the old VC sheets that FHA stopped requiring over 2 years ago.

Anything that is readily seen by an appraiser, a bank is going to require to be fixed regardless if it’s an FHA loan or not.

A range was never required for an FHA loan (at any point in time) because it’s considered personal property.

FHA loans DO NOT require an inspection AT ALL.

An appraisal is NOT an inspection.
